During actual visit, we will give you a brief questionnaire to assess your medical history, expectations from hair transplant and any other relevant information. A trained Provelus staff will help you in completing the form as there are technical terms in the form that you may find difficult to understand. We always respect patient confidentiality and will never share the information with anybody else. We also try to schedule the appointments in such a way so as to minimise your waiting time as far as possible.

During consultation surgeon will ask questions, examine your scalp and draw a hairline for you. While doing this, due importance will be given to your expectations, needs and constraints. Finally, surgeon will measure the area that needs coverage and inform you regarding your graft requirement. This may vary from person to person depending upon area of restoration, hair quality and desired results. He will also explain clearly about your graft requirement, post-operative course and expected results. Pictures and photographs of hair transplant procedure and surgical results will also be shown to you.
